Plot[]
Hector and Jessica plan a birthday party for their cousin who is obsessed with bugs. However, things go awry when Francine Carruthers (with the help of Danny Rebus.) steals a rhinoceros beetle for a monster video she is making and she hopes to trick the electric company into appearing in the video.
